Our Mission
Plan-B for OpenOffice.org is software documentation for the rest of us.
Our mission is to produce the best documentation for OpenOffice.org that serves non technical users. We strive to continuously expand the documentation, so users are satisfied and can find what they are looking for. We will listen to our users in order to continuously improve the documentation and make it useful for non technical people.
We offer to our users:
- Complete documentation - If some question is not answered, we will add the answer as soon as possible.
- Easy to understand documentation - We demonstrate and use visual media (screencasts) that are the preferred method of learning for 70% for the population.
- Well indexed documentation - We capture user-language through various means and index it to the suitable help topics.
- An extensive glossary of terms used in OpenOffice.org and in productivity applications.
- Help-Desk - A team of dedicated OpenOffice.org experts that answers the hard questions and supplies the answers with all the benefits of visual demonstration.
