How-To: Open a Database using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Base
  1. It is possible to use the toolbar to open databases.
  2. To do this, look for the open document button. It has an icon which looks like an opening folder.
  3. Just click on it once.
  4. The Open window should appear. Now, navigate to the folder where the database you want to open is located.
  5. Once you've seen the file, click once on its icon.
  6. Afterwards, just click here on "Open"
  7. Great! We have opened a database using the toolbar.
  8. As you can see the data tables you made are saved here..
  9. Congratulations! You have learned how to open databases using the toolbar.
