How-To: Change the content of the page header - OpenOffice.org Calc
- This screencast demonstrates how to change the content of the page header of a spreadsheet.
- In this example we are viewing the document in the print or "Page Preview" mode to easily demonstrate what is happening.
- You can access the page preview mode by clicking on this icon here.
- Now to start, once you are in the page preview mode, click here on the "Format Page" button.
- The page style window should appear. Look for the "Header" tab and click on it once.
- Next, click here on "Edit..."
- The header window should appear.
- Now, to change the page header's content, click on this down arrow to view a list of pre-set content.
- Just look for the content you want to enter, and click on it once.
- Great! As you can see the content has been changed.
- Once you're done, just click on "OK."
- Afterwards, on the page style window, click on "OK" as well.
- Good. Now, if we zoom in to take a look...
- ...you should see the new content has appeared on the header. Congratulations!
