How-To: Hide cells when printing - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To hide cells when printing, first click once on the cell you want to hide to select it.
- Next, click here on "Format."
- Then, on the menu that opens, click on "Cells..."
- Once the format cells window opens, click on the "Cell Protection" tab here.
- Now, look for the "Hide when printing" option here and click on the checkbox beside it.
- Afterwards, just click on "OK."
- Great! Now, you can check if the cell has been indeed hidden from printing by clicking on the page preview button here.
- Good, if we zoom-in to check...
- ...you should see that the cell we've hidden from printing doesn't appear here.
