How-To: Insert multiple rows - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. When inserting multiple rows, first you must select a row where the new ones will be inserted near to.
  2. New rows are usually inserted above the row you selected. Keep this in mind when selecting them.
  3. Also please remember that the number of selected rows will always be equal to the rows that will be inserted. In this case since we want to insert two rows, then equally me must select two as well.
  4. To do this, click and hold the left mouse button over the row's reference name here, then move your mouse towards the second row below.
  5. Once the rows are selected release the left mouse button. Then right click on any of the selected rows.
  6. Afterwards, on the menu that opens, click on "Insert rows"
  7. Great! Two rows have been inserted above the rows we selected.
  8. Congratulations! You have learned how to insert multiple rows.
