How-To: Create a new spreadsheet from a template - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To open a new spreadsheet from a template, first click here on the down arrow beside the "New Document" button.
- Then, on the menu that opens, click on "Templates and Documents."
- The templates and documents window should appear.
- Now, click on the templates icon here to view the list of available templates.
- Next, look for the template you want to use in this list here and click on its name once.
- Afterwards, click on "Open."
- Great! You have opened a new spreadsheet from a template.
