How-To: Save spreadsheet as a HTML file - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To save a spreadsheet as a "HTML" file, first click on "File" option here.
- Then, on the menu that drops down, click on the option "Save As..."
- The "save as" window should open. Look for the "Save as type" field and click on this down arrow or triangle to view the list of file formats.
- Once the list drops down, look for the option "HTML Document (OpenOffice.org Calc)(.html)" and click on it once.
- Then, if needed decide on a location and a file name for the html file using the appropriate fields. Once done, just click on the "Save" button here.
- Good! We have saved this spreadsheet as an HTML file. Let's check the file we made and see how it looks.
