How-To: Save a spreadsheet using toolbar - OpenOffice.org Calc
- A star appears here on the status bar when a spreadsheet needs saving.
- To save a spreadsheet quickly you can use the toolbar. Just move your mouse over this "Diskette" icon.
- This is the "Save Button" just click on it once to save the document.
- Great! Notice that the indicator has disappeared telling us that the document has been saved.
- Congratulations! You have learned to save a document using the toolbar.
