How-To: Align objects to the left using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Draw
  1. To align your objects to the left, relative to their positions using the toolbar, first select an object you need by clicking on it once.
  2. Good! Next, hold down the shift key on the keyboard and click once on the other objects you want selected.
  3. Once all the objects you need are selected, release the shift key. Afterwards, move your mouse towards this button here.
  4. This is the alignment button, click on the down arrow beside it to see different alignment options.
  5. Once the alignment buttons appear, look for the "Left" alignment button and click on it once.
  6. Great! If you notice carefully the objects you selected have aligned themselves to the left, relative to the one at the left moist postion. Congratulations!
